Wilson’s “Too Proud to Fight” Speech, given in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on 10 May 1915, has been added to Primary Documents. Interestingly, the speech itself does not mention the Lusitania sinking.
In the engineering crew is a survivor from Newry, County Down, Ireland who has been named “Andrew McKindrey,” “Andrew McKendry,” and “Andrew McKinley.” Any help in shedding light on this survivor’s actual name would be very much appreciated.
