John Duggan, 31, was born in County Kerry, Ireland, to John and Margaret Duggan. As of 1915, his father had already died and he and his mother maintained a residence at 38, Craddock Street, Kirkdale, Lancashire.
Duggan was lost in the sinking of the Lusitania.
