BY THE COMMISSION: –

Margaret S. Anderson, born a subject of Great Britain, the wife of George A. Anderson, then a subject of Great Britain, was lost on the Lusitania. Her husband, who survived her, became, through naturalization, a citizen of the United States on March 23, 1916. The decedent was without issue. She was also survived by her parents, who were then and still are subjects of Great Britain. In the death of the decedent no American national suffered any damages which can be measured by pecuniary standards.

Applying the rules announced in Administrative Decision No. V and in other decisions of this Commission to the facts as disclosed by this record, the Commission decrees that under the Treaty of Berlin of August 25, 1921, and in accordance with its terms the Government of Germany is not obligated to pay to the Government of the United States any amount on behalf of the claimant herein.
